I am a BABCP accredited therapist and therefore the approach I take is regulated and bound by codes of professional conduct in relation to confidentiality and ethical practice. As a Registered Nurse (Mental Health) I am also guided by these principles. Alongside my therapy role I am responsible for supporting the training of CBT Therapists and providing clinical supervision.
